Victor offers the advanced direct fired LPG vaporizers and water bath LPG vaporizers from Algas, Inc.® that provide critical controlled heat to ensure propane vaporization in applications with high liquid petroleum gas flow.

Algas, Inc.® Direct Fired LPG Vaporizers: A propane vaporizer is actually a boiler but rather than water, it boils propane. Heat required to vaporize propane when propane will boil at -44°F but when propane vaporizes by expansion alone, it causes a refrigeration action. As a result, in applications with high propane demand, the uncontrolled vaporization would freeze valves and burner nozzles. Consequently heat is required to offset the refrigeration action. Direct fired vaporizers use as a portion of the propane they vaporize to supply the heat for the vaporization process. AES direct fired vaporizers can be used to vaporize all forms of LPG including propane, butane, propylene, etc.
